Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take the time off from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. In 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectations. She was happy with her placement. She was up against the best. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
